1、It is used as activator of red phosphor for color TV set and phosphor for high pressure mercury lamp.
2、It is used in the production of dyestuff, rubber vulcanization accelerator, drugs, pesticide fungicide, amino resin, ethylenediamine urea-formaldehyde resin, metal chelating agent EDTA.
3、Used as solvent for fiber protein etc.
