1. Manufacture of magnetic bubble materials for computers: ytterbium oxide can be used for the manufacture of magnetic bubble storage, this material has a high speed, large capacity, small volume, multi-functional and other characteristics.
2. Manufacture of permanent magnetic materials: ytterbium oxide can be used to manufacture permanent magnetic materials.
